Against USD that can be printed to infinity? Of course! As Bitcoin adoption gets bigger and it's technology developing further there should be no price cap for Bitcoin. Nothing could be that cap against Bitcoin. Instead, I think everything else WILL be capped/measured against Bitcoin.
