To withdraw all you need are the following;

1. The PIN security PIN that only you have.

2. The confirmation code which is usually sent to your email.

So the PIN is the same password I use to access my account, or is it some other number?

No, PIN is different with your account's password. PIN is a 4 digit numbers, you can avoid above things if you set 2fa. Haven't you created this PIN while you registered for the first time? As I remember all users would be asked to create a PIN on after registration. Or maybe you forget about it?

@Jelma: I requested the withdrawal yesterday and received it 15minutes after the confirmation message of the withdrawal.
