The prices should be higher than the ico price after the team release the platform to the public. but as the ethereum is swiss non profit company and that will be not surprised to see about the universa become the best blockchain in Russia. but there are so many blockchain which had better ability than universa. but it looks good at all.

but, what really matters, is the projects that will run blockchains, this is really important, and on that perspective, for business and investors universa for me is one of the best blockchains!
