OP could do well to stick this up top:

First create new account on https://vircurex.com/register?referral_id=350-195 and active addresses for NMC, DVC, IXC (these are alt coins you get when you mine BTC on bitparking).

Then register on bitparking http://mmpool.bitparking.com/register with the vircurex addresses (and your BTC address).

Then run cgminer like this:

cgminer -o http://stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD -o stratum+tcp://mmpool.bitparking.com:3333 -u USERNAME -p d=1

Both https://vircurex.com/ and Bitparking would prefer that people don't use https://vircurex.com/ addresses when registering with Bitparking.
