And another one - why would one invest in your ICO so early? Since the project completion would look very different depending on the funds collected, wouldn't it be safer to wait and see how much money you collect on ICO so that's it's clear what goals you commit for?

1. We will publish our code once it will be finished. Mining of knowledge is not the calculation of hashtags in abstract algorithms. In addition, the distribution protocol of model and data parallelism is a unique IP - this is a far from trivial task.
