Please search for IOTA on reddit, I believe they have a thread opened with someone that has a full node that can confirm your transaction, they are setting up more full nodes, confirmation times are getting faster.

Don't do that. People have lost their money due to these nodes. Read up here: https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/issues/734
