From David:
We will open access for a receiving address prior to tokens being issued. The withdrawal process will be manual, so you have to request a withdrawal and confirm it via email.
1. You will enter the address you want LATX sent to in your profile.
2. on Jan 5th or any time after you can login and submit a withdrawal.
3. When you subimt a withdrawal a verification email is sent including the send to address.
