But for me even the current price is already a gift. Every price increase of bitcoin scares me. I'm always afraid that this tale will ever end.

Reaching 30 000$ before 2018 will indeed be (very) difficult. We are now almost at 20 000$, so still a long way to go to reach 30k $.
But I have the same feeling like you, I am afraid we are heading to a big crash...
