Please check your funding limits by navigating to Funding > Deposit > Euro (EUR)/US Dollar (USD) and check the blue box on the right. Hi freigeist. Im so sorry for the inconvenience. We have been experiencing an issue with our Withdrawal Address Verification emails. Our developers are aware of the issue and are working towards a solution. However we do know that this issue is intermittent, and does not usually affect multiple addresses.

Please add a new, different withdrawal address. You should be able to approve this new address without issue. If you do not have another address please create one in any third party wallet and transfer your funds to that address. From there you will have full access to your funds.
