same problems with my 2 D3s. i was setting them at around 475m and i have around 68*C and 0 HW. avg speed is around 16.5 gh/s

I just turned my problem children down to 525, It looks better so far. I'll play with is and see how it goes. Thanks for the recommendation.

Any idea how HW issues impact mining?

don't know for sure, i am also new at mining but few tens of HWs per day is normal from what i understand. anyways, these D3s are very unstable and a pain in the ass.
