Everything is right. The only thing is that AMC will continue to exist for those that do do want to swap there shares.

What eventually happens to the AMC entity? Eventually there will be no more AMC and the security will be delisted?

I really don't know how it will play out, but shareholders which decide to not swap will continue to receive their dividends for the foreseeable future. I think there wii be a market for the shares
