Hey, Im testing this exchange so I´ve sent 1.6Waves to my Waves Wallet Address at coss.io that was on Saturday 16/12/2017, today Monday 18/12/2017 the waves amount hasn´t been credited to my waves wallet at coss.io

waves block explorer shows the waves amount already on my coss.io wallet address, so my question is:
How the hell it takes more than two days to credit a deposit? do you do this manually? Whats the pourpose of having such a huge team if basic functionality on the platform doesnt work?
Please credit my deposit or refund me!!!

As I write this post the block height is 798889 so it´s safe to say that the transaction has 2200+ confirmations!

Also what kind of exchange are you that on the deposit page you go by:

You need to specify for each coin how many confirmations you expect in order to be credited, it just seems very amateur.

And yes Since there is no support ticket system I´ve sent an email to support@coss.io without response
