Everything sucks to some extent when you don't have full control over frequencies and voltages. Neither Wattman nor OverdriveNtool give you full manual access unfortunately. Wattman just dumbs it down even further. I tried the same settings as you above, they work more or less but do indeed take your hashrate down quite a bit.

Yea i get that i could be doing higher, my settings "only" get me around 1860 hash.
Which is fine for me since its very reliable, can go on for days and the electricity price here in Portugal is awfull (0,17 kwh...), so the power save is welcome.
It's also my gaming pc so i tried to avoid bios/voltage changes.
