Well if you're that determined to wait for their support instead, of course you can do that. Just brace yourself for the big waiting game since they are under a heavy load of requests so it will be slower then usual.

And I'm pretty sure I've included their details in my previous post but I'll just leave it again below. To clarify, Filling out the request form is the same as sending an email to them so you don't really need the email address moreover it's specially made to cater the users inquiries so be sure to fill out every field as much as possible since it will help to solve the problem faster.
