It could be, one of your posts were removed by an admin or a moderator.
If they see a post that does not meet the standard criteria of a specific topic,
they sometimes remove the post. Usually the removed post is accompanied
by a pm that tells you why. If you didn't receive a pm about a post removal,
they could have removed an entire thread that you posted in. When an entire
thread is removed, you would not receive a pm. Unless you created the thread.

None of my posts has been deleted. Check my last posts. The number of my posts is one more than what my post count is.
