go to c:/Users/YOURUSERNAME/AppData/Roaming/x314 and open notepad and paste this in:

rpcpassword=USERNAME
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=28664
listen=1
server=1
daemon=1
txindex=1
addnode=37.97.242.80
addnode=62.251.96.151
addnode=188.25.44.254
addnode=37.97.242.80

save that notepad as x314.conf (without the .txt) in that same folder. quit wallet and reopen. voila!
