Well you should have paid more than just 3 GWEI since you might know that the Ethereum nework is too congested for now. Any transactions whether it is the tokens or ETH transactions are pending because of low fees. Only those transactions which have higher fees are getting confirmed.
So you will have to wait until the the network congestion lowers and the transactions are confirmed. Yes, the transaction will be confirmed eventually but it is tough to say when because of the low fee.
when I check the etherscan, it shows "This TxHash was found in our secondary node, but has not been picked up by our primary node yet."
