I think that at the moment, Bitcoin Cash is not strong enough to replace Bitcoin, even it can not beat ETH. Agreed but it may be possible due to the popularity of bitcoin and so many countries tries to regulate the price cause they are alarmed of the bad side of bitcoin and its value. Bitcoincash can replace bitcoin only if bitcoin stops working, capps all the money, no miner's, time. When i say time i mean an incredibly huge amount of it. Though it might be soon due to the internets influence.
