Don't forget that is was actually your fault to not transition your tokens. There were time to do it and IOTA has informed about the issue well. If you have an investment in a project you should follow the news about it if you care about your investment/money.

IOTA is not that simple tech as the blockchains that is why it needs several steps including two reclaiming phases. Now the team is waiting until more security relevant steps are done before the distribution of the non-transitioned funds are conducted.

If you would follow the information closely you would know this and you would not complain about things which are clear already. And maybe you should be thankful about the slow process. The price has risen sharply. And is still going up. If you would have the tokens earlier, you would have probably sold at much lower prices Wink

Firstly, Any price is better than no price. The way this is looking I will never get my tokens back.

Secondly, Does anyone else not get the complete farce that this is?

Blockchain technology is supposed to be immutable - not some database where "Brad" back at HQ can fiddle with the server to mess with someones balance. The fact that someone can do that makes everything else about this technology laughable - and IMO and price spike will be short lived until the money figures out the joke.

If this was a proper company there would be a class action taken against them, or the management would be investigated by police for fraud. There is no other blockchain coin or token that I am aware of where the devs can simply reach in and unanimously confiscate your funds.
