since all addresses are yours, you can do CPFP or double spend tx
if you do CPFP, just use one of the unspent in that tx and set tx enough to cover both txs
if you do double spend attempt, you have to extract privkeys of inputs from bc.info

ive tried sending to the same address using higher fees and nothing happened?

ive done multiple transactions in the past 17 days. but now for the last 3 i get an error when trying to send.

error #26: 66 mempool min fee not met code= 261

blockchain has been useless in helping as I have sent 12 emails in last 2 weeks with zero help
