if you want things to go faster, I advise you to try 2fa and open a new ticket "reactivated my account". I got an answer the next day and the account unlocked in the week Wink

i have been re-enable by staff last night using 2FA trick, took me around 3 days
first time he just only remove 2FA and tell me my account already enhanced but still go Account Disable,
I have to Beg him for help, then staff re-enable my account within a day
