Because it was a small amount and i felt bad about it being his/her "birthday" and having nothing. Ive been in that spot myself a few times and its not fun. I simply felt bad for him/her/, i was aware of the risks, i just thought it was a reasonably safe bet.

they scam also for $0.5 , next time don't look at the amount but at the person you are talking wìth. and when they tell you a
tearful story it's 101% a scam.
