I just spend about 8 minutes entering a34c8efe5e1a353389df8f30b4b834a700c31863435198ef6f582ed32186e3cd many times into ViaBTC's free transaction accelerator. Eventually, I got this:

Note that it used to say "Transaction accelerated", it now says there's a queue. It may not be in their first block.

Update: vabhinav38 didn't pay. He says he paid someone yesterday who claims he used 4 different services. That's weird, because if the service is working, one service is enough, and that has nothing to do with me, as I just did what he asked in this thread.
I'm totally fine with helping people for free, but I am not okay with people breaking their promises.

Timeline for reference
1. Accelerated and confirmed
2. PM asking me for my btc or ltc address (which apparently he didn't see posted in this topic already), saying he'll pay in 2-3 hours.
3. PM asking if I use Bitconnect (of course not!)
4. PM with a story he paid a guy yesterday (which is irrelevant for this topic)
5. PM with a link to that story
6. Communications ended.
