If the casino management starts accepting bitcoin then they will arrange everything for it. Like if they use like credit cards or something else but one thing is clear that all the gamblers would have bitcoin wallet and will know about bitcoin value. Otherwise they will not be able to use gamble in bitcoins.

For casinos it is also not easy to accept bitcoin because the price is not stable and they may lose their money because of the decreasing price.
