If you say you will build new strategy i think that is no need. Why? Because we just need to review it and not make the new one.

after a huge loss making your self in a calm and peaceful mind make you feel even more better and you are able to think what would be the best decision that you are able to made of yes it is hard to take some loss but it is better that after this loss you are able to make some good thing to do for.

Calming down is not easy especially if you made a big loss on the exchanges. Then you will have a strong headache and you will think about your previous mistakes. This is inevitable.

It cant really be avoided since there no human being wont react if they would lose up huge sums of money on doing trading and if you did experience this in first time or newbie days then you would eventually lose up your temper and patience which would result on more severe loss because you cant already decide carefully on the things that you should do next specially on recovery.
