I have a similar error as well when trying to withdraw Zcash. It's been 3 hours and it's still stuck saying "sending", even though nothing is showing up on the block explorer. Here's some details/proof:

when I looked at the "pending withdrawals" window, the record "In Process" disappeared.
In addition, I saw Yobit's withdraw history, the status was "completed".
When I click the row of BTC of Withdrawals history of Yobit.NET, the withdrawal amount and the transaction ID are usually displayed, but they are not displayed even when clicking the My coin line.
