From what I know exodus doesn't let you create multiple accounts so this process will most likely overwrite your current wallet but if you want, you can just create another user account in your pc and install another exodus there like what they mentioned here: http://support.exodus.io/article/54-can-i-create-multiple-accounts-or-users

Exodus also uses BIP39 for their seed so you can just paste your seed in Portfolio --> Restore from backup --> 12 Word recovery phrase.

I tested it and yes it works, the address is present although my past transactions weren't there Undecided

. And I was only able to retrieve my first account.
If you have funds on your second account, I'm afraid you will have to get the private key of a specific address and after that you can import it.
