Absolutely yes, social media is the big influence in bitcoin in whole world. Social media, is the first to introduced bitcoin in some people in far places. That's why social media is important now. Because eveyone now using social media to reach others in far places.

It is an obvious yes for me, and I don't think only Bitcoin or cryptocurrency have been helped by social media in terms of growth. With our new generation it has been proven that younger people spend more time in front of there mobile devices/computers which makes it easier for us to discover new things as more and more people get involved with such websites. We are also the products of this websites exposing us to advertisements that are specifically targeting us, because basing it on personal experience all ads I am seeing in my feed now are cryptocurrency related.
