We dont have softcap, we have already started the project with our own funding. You can check our github development status, and we are working on a live demo http://138.68.100.241:7890/ui/ this is currently, hosted decentralized, most of the work done so far is in the backend. In short, we are doing the project anyway. We are developing our own protocol, similar to bittorrent.
