thank you guys, i tried authy and chrome extentions but they didn't work, they generates codes like my phone does but in poloniex i still get incorrect error. Also i tried authenticattors in 3 different phones. they always reads barcode or 16 digit code, starts generating 2FA codes but codes doesn't work in poloniex.
Seems like your only option now is just to open a support ticket but I'm sure you have heard the fact that they are very slow to respond so expect a longer waiting time.
Just make it as detailed as possible; don't forget to mention things that you already tried.
