Seems like your only option now is just to open a support ticket but I'm sure you have heard the fact that they are very slow to respond so expect a longer waiting time.
Just make it as detailed as possible; don't forget to mention things that you already tried.

my only option now is support ticket, i already read them all. i don't know why are they so slow. thank you.
