The number on the Stats page is just for rough comparison with the Top 30. If you want to know how much you've made in the last 24 hours, see the "Past 24 hours Rewards" on your account page. If you want to estimate your earnings for the future, use the Calc.

Port 3443 is for Stratum over TLS. As far as I know, Antminers do not support this.

Jacktgns, I just had a look at your worker charts, and I see no difference in hash rate between now and two weeks ago. If you're talking about the "current" speed, it is always subject to fluctuations, as explained in the FAQ.
