I believe you should contact the developers who work for Bitstamp. They have a policy for paying the withdrawal fees of their customers which made them so quick to have Segwit enabled from their side.

Please follow that example and help the community make Bitcoin better.

This is the first time I have heard of an exchange offering their customers no charges for using their services by eating the withdrawal fees.
The way that it stands that would cost them tens of thousands of dollars a day in just those fees as everybody would just withdrawal on a whim since they know they are not paying anything to do it.
I agree though, they should not be charging any withdrawal fee so to competitive with other sports books like the other site which I use since they have not and will not be charging their customers for withdrawing their customer's winnings from their site.
