Patience is just a transition effect lest you be fooled and easily carried away emotions to sell at a low price because it will make you lose, hold the coin you have and make a deposit again to play another coin.

That is right, set aside emotions, don't over think that because the price decrease does means that bitcoins and other altcoins are getting dead, it is not like that, it was just a pure normal thing and just look at it at a positive side that when price dumps we can buy more so that when it increases we will earn a lot.
