If you don't have another computer to stick it in then take all the other cards out and put the non-working one in and see if it works by itself. Then add the others one at a time if it does.

Thank you so much for your reply. No, im not running windows just smos on a USB drive. In terms of power i have a Evga 750W but i have two cards running with no problems and as stated before I replaced one of the cards that is working properly with the one (Just running two cards) that isnt in that Pcie Slot and its showing the same issues (On slight movement from the fan).

So you suggest trying with just that card powered and see? i will do thanks. If that doesnt work what do you suggest? should i install windows and run device manager?
