I'm afraid that by the time that happens, other, more progressive projects will take their spot. I could see a Tangle-based ICO crowdfunding platform being perfect for this type of marketplace purpose with true no-fee and instant transactions. Progress's moving ahead and blockchain isn't the only option any longer, so delaying this only makes it more and more outdated by the time it's out.
