I think so. But now bitcoin has hard home work about fee and transaction.
If those work can be finished, no doubt that the price will jump again over the all time high.

I have tested the lighting network on testnet and this is absolutely amazing technology, once it is ready and released, we would not be talking about increase to 20k USD level, with this technology running and with more to come (as Bitcoin would be the underlaying asset for additional layers of functionality), we would be on the way to 1M USD by 2020 as predicted by John McAfee.
