Yes that is right. Lala project will only help to ease the life of the migrants and to help the system more reliable and efficient but it will not really cure the poverty.

Yes, to cure the poverty is not their responsibilities. They offering a project which give us a lot of benefits and for me is good and a favor for us at the same time they earn money from their business and I don't see any problem with it.
