Thanks for your question. It seems you have locked your payment address. Locking the payment address is optional and increases your security. At the same time it creates a risk if you lose access to that address in the future.

We could, in theory, unlock an address. However, we have promised the user that we would never do that. Practically, it is also impossible to verify that the real user is doing the unlock request and not a hacker.

I'm sorry we cannot do more for you at this moment.
