This is indeed a library method, but there is no hassle at all. Literally takes 30 seconds to get a Lynda Premium subscription, which lasts minimum 1 month.
No CC / VPN is involved. Easily bottable also.

Takes even less hassle then confirming your e-mail and filling your CC.
