When I sign into my HEAT wallet with my user name and secret phrase and 4 digit pin it shows no balance and no transaction history. The long number at the top left hand corner under "(no name)" does not match any number I have written down either.
Is there something I'm missing?
Did you install the newest version just released yesterday? If not, that could be your issue.
I just go to the web browser to access the Heat Wallet. Thats how I've used it in the past. Is that OK?
I've checked and rechecked the pass phrase to.
