Try sending an email directly to shapeshift. The user below had the same problem as yours and he solved his problem by contacting shapeshift directly although in his case, he issued a refund. And apparently, he tried to contact blockchain.info's side first but shapeshift was faster to reply.
I e-mailed ShapeShift and they just replyed and had this to say...it seems there was an intermittent error on our end. I have queued a return, and we will be in touch once completed. We apologize for any inconvenience. ... then they say it can take 48-72 hours to complete... fingers crossed
... and I just got my money back :-)
