We do not process payments via IMPS as it creates lot of failed payments. We process it using NEFT . You should get funds in couple of hours normally and max 1 working day after you receive message. Please feel free to send me your ticket number in case you do not receive it and I will have someone to look into it.

My withdrawal is pending for days and no reply on the ticket created from app.
And i sold some btc and it never showed in the money acccount i.e. in INR .

What is happening..??
