Ok, so I was typing these questions, but instead I decided to un-lazy myself and see if I could find the answers in the WP. And I actually did (lol). Only thing that wasnt really clear to me was the 2 years - each 6 months unlock of the tokens of the team.
Project looks very cool. Not sure if 5% takeout will be too much, but even that can be changed. And paying out all profits to token holders as well as already planning to make the tokens useful to bet are all pluses.
Might commit a bit, simply because I am so curious if you guys will be able to make this a big success :-)

Thanks for your interest and support. Team tokens are locked in a smart contract and will be available to the team in three parts every six months. The first release is 3 months after the crowdsale.
We are working hard every day to make Ethorse a great success. The community support is critical and we believe we have a very good support already.
