So far, counting premine and mining, roughly 110,000,000 duecoins are "in circulation" Show me a coin with at least 100,000,000 coins in circulation that's worth $200. Lisk is next, $21 with 116,000,000 in circulation.
OmiseGO, $20 with 102,000,000 in circulation.
