Everything is going really well after the first part of the pre-sale finished! Currently we are in touch only with private investors until the next phase begins. We are really doing our best to make it happen and I agree that our marketing has a lot more to do

We already have proven our global mission to be on the right way as there are a few other key players who are developing the same project but locally - what we do is a global project. As for your question - Yes, we are still going to build the platform. Our Alpha release is on going and scheduled to finish in Q1 2018 followed by a token sale in Q2 2018 - www.os.university/crowdsale Actually the Alpha release has been started a few weeks ago... Stay tuned!
