Here is what I wrote on Uquid slack, today. Honestly, they are hopeless right now!

It seems Uquid are on permanent vacation! Cm'on guys, answer the queries please! It is now January 02, 2017 in my part of the world, still cannot withdraw my funds with SWIFT from my uquid account since October 2017. I have submitted id documents to "upgrade" 3 times now. If Uquid is dead, then please tell us, then we can sue you in a legal class action to get our money back!!
You should consider them far gone at this point. It seems like they stopped caring once they got the crowdfunding rounds going for their ICO. To be honest, it all seems like a huge scheme where you build up a reputation only to later use that to obtain people's money and then run with it, leaving behind a barely working service that only serves to capture those who do not know about their abandonment of the services. Stay away from anything related to UQUID or losing money and possibly more.
