That is an exception and you cannot gamble on that type of community where your country is the one that stops you and sets a law about illegality of gambling. And if you've been caught then it's totally a shame not only for yourself, not only for your family or friends but for the whole country. But for us who are living in a country that gambling is allowed, there's nothing to be ashamed of.

Which signifies that each country do have different treatment when it comes to gambling which people do have different kind of treatment too if its illegal into your place then we would normally avoid it because we dont like to be caught or put on jail because we did violate such law this is why the only chance on playing gambling is through online by using vpn but still we should be careful because we do know the risk.
