The time of processing of withdrawals and deposits also depend on network of the cryptocurrency, updates and the time, when exchangers update the wallets, if needed.

I guess the guy above is FUD'ing, doesn't really help. Maeusi that's all good and well, but it's 4 days now? I've never experienced anything like this. Anyhow after over 3 days support finally got back to me yesterday saying they've assigned this to the technical team, so I'll report back with any updates.
