Hi guys
Earlier this morning i request to send payment from my bank account to xapo account through simplex merchant (throught debit card). On step 3 verification error appear where it said it cannot connect to simplex ip connection. I check my bank account and money was deducted.
Please tell me either the fund will be return to my bank account or what's the needed step i need to do
Anyone facing the same problem? It's kinda stressed

Don't panic man. I know its too stressful on these kind of scenarios which they do deduct amounts into your bank account but it shows error. The best thing to do now is to contact xapo itself. File ticket to support regarding on your concern with corresponding screenshots regarding on such transaction. There are really technical errors sometimes and I did experience this but you can just simply make ticket regarding on your concern and wait for their response and following instructions.Good luck
